At knittriby, we take pride in crafting high-quality handmade wool felt products with care and attention to detail. Since each piece is uniquely made, we want to ensure a fair and transparent return policy that respects both our craftsmanship and your satisfaction.

Returns & Exchanges

🔹 Handmade Uniqueness: Due to the nature of handcrafted wool felt, slight variations in color, texture, and size may occur. These are not defects but part of the charm of handmade artistry.

🔹 Returns Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for items that are:
✅ Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
✅ In original packaging with tags (if applicable).
✅ Not custom-made or personalized (as these are crafted specifically for you).

🔹 Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Custom or personalized orders.
❌ Items damaged due to improper care or use.
❌ Discounted or final sale items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in such cases.

How to Start a Return

3️⃣ Ship the item back to us. (Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
